1. INFORMATION FOR USER<\/strong><\/h3>

Who is responsible for processing your personal data?<\/strong><\/h4>

CHEMITAL S.A.U.<\/strong>* is responsible for processing the personal data of those PEOPLE who have created a profile on any of its social networks. This data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of April 27 (GDPR), Organic Law 3\/2018 of December 5 on Personal Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), and the Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI). The following information regarding processing is provided:<\/p>

Why do we process your personal data?<\/strong><\/h4>

Purpose of processing: to maintain a relationship between the USER and CHEMITAL S.A.U. (hereinafter referred to as the CONTROLLER), which may include the following operations<\/strong>:<\/strong><\/p>

  • Process requests and inquiries submitted to the controller.<\/li>
  • Provide information on activities and events organized by the controller.<\/li>
  • Provide information regarding products or services offered by the controller.<\/li>
  • Interact through official profiles.<\/li><\/ul>

    When the CONTROLLER collects and processes personal data through its social media channels, USERS will be informed of the purpose of the data collection, as well as their rights regarding their personal data. Personal data will be used solely for the purposes indicated and will be stored securely.<\/p>

    Legal Basis for Processing<\/strong>: <\/strong>the explicit consent given by the USER for the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes (Article 6.1.a GDPR). Additionally, the USER can access the privacy policies of the social network at any time and configure their profile to ensure their privacy.<\/p>

    How long will we retain your personal data?<\/h4>

    Data retention criteria<\/strong>: <\/strong>data will be retained until the USER revokes their consent, as indicated in this privacy policy.\u00a0<\/p>

    To whom do we disclose your personal data?<\/h4>

    Data disclosure:<\/strong> The information provided by the USER through the CONTROLLER\u2019s social networks, including their personal data, may be published, depending on the services that the USER utilizes, and may therefore be made publicly available to other third-party users of the social networks. The profile settings of each social network enable the USER to configure the information they wish to make public in each case, view the permissions that have been granted, and delete or disactivate them, as well as any third-party applications they no longer wish to use.<\/p>

    Nonetheless, no communication of personal data to third parties outside the social network is planned, unless it is essential for the development and implementation of processing purposes, to our providers of services related to communications, with whom the CONTROLLER has signed the confidentiality and data processing contracts required by current privacy regulations.<\/p>

    What are your rights?<\/h4>

    Rights of the USER: can only be fulfilled regarding information that is under the control of the CONTROLLER.<\/p>

    • Right to withdraw consent at any time.<\/li>
    • Right of access, rectification, portability, and deletion of your data, and to limit or refuse its processing.<\/li>
    • Right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you believe that the processing does not comply with current regulations.<\/li><\/ul>

      2. USE OF THE PROFILE <\/strong><\/h3>

      The CONTROLLER will carry out the following actions:<\/p>

      • Access public information on the profile.<\/li>
      • Publish on the USER\u2019s profile all information already published on the CONTROLLER\u2019s social network.<\/li>
      • Send personal and individual messages through the social network channels.<\/li>
      • Post updates on the status of the page on the USER\u2019s profile.<\/li><\/ul>

        The USER can always control their connections, delete content that no longer interests them, and restrict who they share their connections with. To do so, they should access their settings, where they will find various options regarding the privacy level of their user profile on the social network.<\/p>

        3. PUBLICATIONS<\/strong><\/h3>

        The purpose of social networks is to give visibility and disseminate the activities carried out by the CONTROLLER. These tools store personal data on the servers of the respective services and are subject to their own privacy policy.<\/p>

        Once the USER becomes a follower or joins the CONTROLLER\u2019s social network, they may publish on it comments, links, images, photographs, or any other type of multimedia content supported by the platform. The USER must, in all cases, be the owner of the published content, hold the copyright and intellectual property rights, or have the consent of the affected third parties.<\/p>

        It is expressly prohibited to publish anything on the social network, whether text, graphics, photographs, videos, etc. that violates or is likely to violate morality, ethics, good taste, or decorum, and\/or infringes, violates, or breaches intellectual or industrial property rights, the right to image, or the Law. Offensive, defamatory, illegal, or inappropriate comments or content will not be tolerated on the company\u2019s profiles. The Company reserves the right to delete such comments or content and block the users responsible.<\/p>

        In such cases, the CONTROLLER reserves the right to immediately delete the content without prior notice and can request the permanent blocking of the USER.<\/p>

        The CONTROLLER is not responsible for the content that the USER has freely published.<\/p>

        The USER must bear in mind that their publications will be seen by other users, therefore they themselves are primarily responsible for their privacy.<\/p>

        The CONTROLLER will not store on any file Images that may be published on the social network; however, they will remain on the social network.<\/p>

        4. DATA OF MINORS OR PEOPLE WITH SPECIAL NEEDS<\/strong><\/h3>

        We recommend you thoroughly read the terms of use and privacy policy of each social network on registering, taking into account the different age requirements in each case.<\/p>

        In addition, the CONTROLLER shall be expressly exonerated from any liability that may arise from the use of social networks by minors or people with special needs, whose access should be supervised and controlled by their legal representatives.<\/p>

        The CONTROLLER reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our social network profiles and\/or our website.<\/p>
