Chemital S.A.U. is a Spanish company, part of Comercial Qu\u00edmica Mass\u00f3, S.A. group, founded in Terrassa (Barcelona) in 1987, with the commitment of offering solutions, ideas and technical advice to the meat industry, through the manufacture and commercialization of ingredients and additives with functional properties.<\/p>

Over time Chemital has developed different range of products and services for the meat, fish industry, dairy and milk derivatives and plant-based products.<\/p>

At the beginning of the 90\u2019s Chemital began its international growth and is now present in more than 40 Countries in Europe, America, Australia and Asia<\/p>

In Chemital we are a highly specialized company where our resources are geared towards a constant research, development and innovation to provide simple solutions inspired by nature and its processes, viable and compliant with food safety standards, premises for the development of our products.<\/p>

Our team has an excellent training in food technology and is in constant contact with the market trends and evolution in accordance with consumer habits.<\/p>

Having our own microbiology and physico-chemital laboratories and a pilot plant, allows us to ensure quality and guarantee our products. In the microbiologylaboratory identification and quantification studies of food microorganisms are conducted, as well as the determination of the most suitable preservation system.<\/p>
