It was a successful experience and an interesting opportunity to introduce our new proposals to this constantly growing market.<\/p>\n<p>For over a year, our own research and development team, leaded by the Technical Manager Marc Oliva, has concentrated the efforts in finding the best textures, the most original flavors and the most attractive presentations for a wide variety of fish products.
