For the development of internal or external preservatives, different activities are carried out in the microbiology lab that allows us to guarantee the effectiveness of our products:
- Evaluation and synergistic study between active ingredients for the development of products with an antimicrobial effect
- Shelf-life studies – Durability, Challenge test type and Organoleptic – in food products containing Chemital preservatives
- Development of microbiological studies suited to our customer needs
- Tailor made product developments
ASSESSMENT
We have constant and active training, On-line or in-person mode, focused on current subjects of the food industry. To do this, we adapt our training proposal, whether practical or theoretical, on microbiology and in the application of our products to customer requirements. This training can be carried out both at our clients’ facilities or at Chemital’s pilot plant, which is fully equipped to carry out tests adapted to the needs of our clients, in addition to the possibility of carrying out sensory analyzes on finished products.
