ARTIGLUT-NE is a glutamate replacer developed from a combination of yeast extracts.

Description

ARTIGLUT-NE can totally replace glutamate without changing the organoleptic profile of the product it is added to.
It works the same as glutamate does, but with more complete and round notes, providing an umami taste.
Very easy to apply, 0,5 g of ARTIGLUT-NE for every gram of glutamate.
